Mckenzie Kelly is the best. My husband and I were looking to buy a house and a coworker referred me to Mckenzie. Best reference ever. I contacted Mckenzie in November 2016 advised her of what we were looking for and she immediately sent me a list of houses. We bought our house in January 2017. It was an easy process with Mckenzie. Due to a challenging market, I took the unconventional route of purchasing a house through a local auction. To my knowledge, McKenzie never worked with a client who was interested in purchasing a house at auction, but that did not matter to her. She was very helpful every step of the way, and even attended the auction with me. During my time searching for a house I respected her tremendously for a number of reasons, especially because she never pushed me toward something that was not really going to be a fit for me. **** Top Notch Realtor!!! One of the best . . . and we've dealt with a lot of realtors . Not only is McKENZIE a professional & knows her stuff as a realtor, but she is also conscientious, honest & a good person too. Our 1st experience with McKENZIE was over a Thanksgiving holiday a couple years ago. We were living out of state & were looking to move back to Syracuse. Many realtors did not even call us back. But not only did McKenzie call us back immediately but she spent time on the phone to get to know our situation. Even though we were purchasing a small investment property she worked just as hard as if it was a larger purchase. It is apparent that she loves what she does & money is not her driving force. As we needed a realtor to help us find a home out-of-state. We live in Tampa FL & we're looking to buy a home in Syracuse, NY. From our first time speaking with Mckenzie over the phone To day of closing, she did not disappoint! First phone call to her was over Thanksgiving holiday the day after. We proceeded to leave her a message to introduce ourselves but also had a home we were interested in. Instead of having us leave a message, she answered and Spent a good amount of time with us on the phone answering all our questions. There were several other realtors we called & left messages with that never even bothered to even call back! When we finally found the home we were interested in, despite it being close to evening hours, she immediately made an appointment with the selling realtor to look at the house for us the next day. She negotiated the price we were asking for & we had a signed contract with in 2 days. Our home purchase & closing was not an easy one by any means. There were mortgage challenges as well as flood insurance issues that made for a delayed closing. Despite this Mckenzie was there right 'till the end, she " had our back" the whole way through. We arrived in Syracuse from FL on a very expensive trip that was just for a 1 day closing. We arrived midnight the night before closing. Mckenzie made it work out so we could do a walk through the AM of closing. Turns out the seller's realtor did not instruct seller to leave utilities on. Instead of making us stay a couple more days to wait for utilities to be turned on and costing us more in hotel & pet sitter fees back home, Mckenzie immediately got on the phone & fought for us. In a matter of minutes the seller's realtor was instructed to immediately contact his client to turn utilities on ASAP. She notified our mortgage attorney to personally explain the situation. It was all resolved that day & we were able to get to our scheduled closing to sign papers. She knows her stuff & gets the job done! Our home was a very modest purchase & with some realtors it's apparent that they see dollar signs. But with McKENZIE it was obvious that the commission was not her driving force. It's apparent that she truly loves what she does. She was very respectful to listen & give us what it was that met our needs. As it turns out this is a starter home in Syracuse. We'll be purchasing again most likely next year or so. And we can think of no other realtor we would rather handle our purchase. Thank you Mckenzie for all your hard work!
